CNC Grinding Machine for HSS sawblade (Chamfering and Slotting Machine)
1. APPLICATION
The high speed steel sawblade (HSS sawblade) grinding machine is capable to grind blade up to 500mm diameter (standard model up to 600mm). It is designed with a new processing concept; the machine has four CNC axis linkage and has such advantages as high precision, high efficiency and easy operation. Apart from machining regular tooth form as types A, B and C, it can also capable to machine various tooth pitch perfectly.
The chamfering and slotting functions are combined to realize one clamping and achieve the best effect of the saw blade tooth shape processing.
2.Available tooth profiles

3. FEATURESE
● This machine tool, on the premise of ensuring the machining quality, overturns the machining efficiency of the current HSS sawblade grinding industry. The high linear speed of CBN, the high sensitivity of CNC servo system and the high pressure cooling system ensure the high efficiency of the machine tool, grinding and chamfering, grinding teeth and slotting can be processed at one time.
For example:
the time forgrinding a 300*2.0*220Twith chamferis less than or equal to 12min.
Teething of 450*3.0*180T blade with slotting takes less than or equal to 19 min.
● Improvement of design and control technology
The operator can adjust the position of the control panel as needed, and all the data required for system processing can be entered on the touch display. The prompt menu is clear and clear, and all important parameters are clear at a glance. There is no need to measure the diameter of the saw blade. As long as the positioning of the grinding wheel is done, the system will calculate the entire tooth profile by itself.
In theory, a grinding wheel can grind a variety of pitches without the need to change multiple thicknesses of the grinding wheel. This machine also has a separate chamfering and separate slotting function. The angle, size and slope of the saw blade chamfer can also be adjusted at will, and the chamfercan be selected in the forward and reverse directions.
4.Configuration
●CNC system:
self-developed professional high performance motion control system, which can realize multiaxis multiple linkage (the machine is Four-axis three linkage);
●Servo system:
This machine is available for different customer groups, with domestic absolute servo drive system and imported absolute servo drive system. The imported drive system is Panasonic brand. Forotherbrand, customers need to book in advance;
●Drive system:
the THK high-precision wear-resistant linear guide from Japan is adopted, togetherwith the TBI Grade P2 grinding ball screw from Taiwan;
●Spindle:
the high-speed rigid mechanical spindle customized by our Company is adopted, with the bearings imported from Europe, Panasonic inverter, stepless speed regulation;
●Cooling part:
multistage high pressure large flow centrifugal pump is used, with magnetic separator;
●Lubrication:
use fully automatic timing grease refueling system.
