Safety precautions for using machines

1. Please confirm the power supply used by the machine. Do not plug in the wrong power. 

    The machine uses three phase AC380V, double color line is grounding wire, and when the machine shell is used to protect the ground  machine, 

    it is strictly forbidden to tread on the machine.

2. It is not allowed to install the machine in a soft ground.

3. The objects that need to be turned over are not allowed to be placed on the edge of the turning body.

4. The power supply must be pulled out at the end of the work.

5. In an emergency, the motor can stop the machine and turn the machine off by pressing the button on the button, or loosing the upper or lower buttons.

6. After the completion of the work on the day, the machine should be cleaned once;

7. In order to ensure safety, please do not open the electrical equipment at will;

8. Only the electrical technicians can repair the electrical equipment

1. Hoisting and leveling the flipper with a hoisting machine or shoveling with a forklift and placing it on the ground to ensure the level.

2. If the tilt, please use the flat plate.

3. Make sure that the power is connected and the electric control box switch is closed to see if the power indicator is bright. If no, check the outlet of the power supply.

4. The working environment should be away from the fireworks, dry and non corrosive substances, humidity is less than 98%, 

    the normal ambient temperature is 0± 40 degree range of electromagnetic radiation, no special requirements.


Pre run check

1. Check whether the fastener is loose or not.

2. Check whether the motor and electrical equipment are dry and the insulation is good.

3. Check whether the external power supply is in line with the power requirements of the machine.


Machine operation

1. Before the machine is started, press the OFF button (switch) to push the ON button (off).

2. Start the machine by pressing the ON button (open).

3. Press the button to turn the body and turn, and release the button to turn the body to stop flipping.

4. Press the button to turn the body to start the reset, the release button turn the body to stop reset.

5. The empty car runs on the 90 degree position, and will be suspended by a flipped object or by a forklift to the center of the overturning platform, close to the vertical plate.

6. Push the button to turn, and the release button can stop when it is close to 90. It can also be automatically stopped at 90 degrees.
