Core Technology: High-Frequency Induction Welding
The welding system operates at 200–450 kHz, generating localized heat through electromagnetic induction. This achieves full-penetration welds without filler material, maintaining chromium oxide layers for corrosion resistance. Key parameters include:

• Electrode force: 3–6 kN (pneumatic-controlled)

• Weld seam normalization: 650–750°C inline annealing

Precision Forming Process
Our 12-stage forming section features:

• Progressive roll forming with carbide-coated rolls (HRC 62–65 hardness)

• Servo-driven edge guidance system (±0.1mm alignment tolerance)

• Turk’s head straightener reducing ovality to <0.5% of nominal diameter

Integrated Quality Assurance

• Real-time monitoring: Laser micrometers measure wall thickness every 0.5 seconds

• Non-destructive testing: Eddy current detection for surface cracks >0.2mm; ultrasonic testing for internal flaws

• Hydrostatic testing: 1.5x working pressure (up to 30 MPa)
