Shijiazhuang Faith Machinery Co.,Ltd presents the Cut To Length Combined Line, a standalone CTL solution engineered for high-volume sheet production with precise length accuracy and edge quality. This line addresses the needs of appliance makers, electrical enclosure producers, and construction panel fabricators who demand consistent, square-cut sheets delivered in tight tolerances.
Strip feeding starts at a motorized decoiler that positions coils onto a mandrel system with automated expansion and retraction. The strip passes through a tension leveler with hydraulic or mechanical crown correction, removing coil set and ensuring uniform flatness. Pinch rolls then transfer the leveled strip into a flying shear or guillotine shear, depending on production speed and material thickness requirements.
Flying shears synchronize blade travel with strip velocity, producing continuous, burr-free cuts at speeds up to 150 m/min for strip thicknesses up to 3 mm. Guillotine shears, actuated hydraulically, handle thicker materials up to 6 mm and provide superior cut squareness. Post-cut, sheets are transferred via stacker arms onto pallets or conveyorized stacks, with adjustable supports accommodating sheet sizes from 500 mm × 500 mm up to 3,000 mm × 6,000 mm.
Control is centralized through a PLC network that governs decoiler tension, leveler roll spacing, shear timing, and stacking sequences. The HMI allows operators to recall sheet length, batch count, and sheet stacking patterns with a few keystrokes. Production metrics—cut lengths, cycle times, and line stoppages—are recorded in a relational database for reporting and quality assurance.
Support services include on-site start-up supervision, where Shijiazhuang Faith’s technicians verify cut-length accuracy and stacking alignment. Detailed operator manuals and troubleshooting guides accompany each installation. Maintenance contracts cover shear blade sharpening, hydraulic filter changes, and encoder calibrations. This CTL Combined Line delivers consistent sheet output, reduces manual handling, and integrates easily into automated downstream processes.
