High frequency welding machines mainly use the principle of high-frequency electromagnetic induction for welding. When high-frequency current passes through an induction coil, a high-frequency alternating magnetic field is generated around the coil, which causes eddy currents inside the copper and alloy materials placed in the coil. The Joule heat generated by eddy currents rapidly heats the surface of the material until it reaches a molten state. At this point, the mechanical force generated by high-frequency oscillation drives the two materials to quickly combine in a molten state, forming a solid welding point.
