2. Equipment characteristics

1. Uncoiler
Used to hold, uncoil the coils.
2. Peeler and Pincher
Used to open coil end, feeding coil, leveling coil head and end, and make sure coil can go into pinching roller smoothly.
3. Rounding Edge Machine
Used for straightening and rounding the two strip edges.
4. Loop
Used to control the synchronization and buffering of the steel belt speed between the cross shear machine and the feeder.
5. Guiding Device
Used for positioning in the direction of the plate width when machine under auto control. Vertical rollers are provided on each side in the direction of the plate width, fixed to their respective sliding blocks, which are adjusted by means of a screw to move along the guide rail in the direction of the plate width to suit different plate widths. The vertical rollers are quenched and the roll surfaces are chrome plated to increase the surface hardness and prevent mechanical wear.
6. Fattener and Measuring Length Machine
Used to measure the length of the steel strip and feedback the data to control the hydraulic shear to cut the plate. High accuracy of sizing, stable performance, and human-machine interface directly input the required board length, easy to operate, convenient and fast; and digital display, the quantitative control of the board by the counter automatically.
7.Hydraulic Shear
It automatically cuts the steel strip to the required length.
8. Stacking Device
It stacks finished flat bars into neat stacks.
9. Hydraulic system
It supplies pressure oil to hydraulic transmission mechanisms such as hydraulic control valve groups to control the operation of each hydraulic actuator.
10. Pneumatic system
It supplies compressed air to pneumatic drive mechanisms such as pneumatic control valve groups to control the operation of various pneumatic actuators.
11. Electrical control system
It is used to control each single machine and achieve full line linkage.
