Layout

The length direction occupies a small area, eliminating the process of flipping the steel strip from horizontal to vertical and from vertical to horizontal. The length from the shear welding machine to the main machine is about 8 meters; Approximately 3 meters in width direction; Approximately 5 meters in height; Can only be arranged in a straight line, suitable for applications where workshop length is limited but height is not.

Steel strip quality

The steel strip of the vertical loop has no flipping during the feeding and discharging process, no stretching at the edges, and the contact between the steel strip and the roller is sliding. There is no relative friction between the layers, and the resistance is small, which can effectively protect the surface of the steel strip and ensure good edge quality. For those with higher requirements for surface quality and edge quality, vertical loops are superior to horizontal loops. For black belts and those with low requirements, both are acceptable.
